Jaime Caldwell

President

Develops the policies and programs to meet the goals and objectives of the Board of Directors. Directs the delivery of member services, executes contractual agreements, responds to media, represents the organization to the public and spearheads the Associations’ advocacy activities in addition to supervising the staff. Supervises all business operations, implements and maintains financial strategies for the organization, provides professional support to the SFHHA committees and task forces and represents the Association in the community.

Dana Seckel

Fiscal and Office Manager dseckel@sfhha.com

Manages all administrative functions related to the Association’s finances, human resources and new members. In addition, she manages the administrative efforts of the President and Vice President of the Association. She also staffs three committees. Her external duties include all administrative functions of the Miami Dade Guardian Advocate Emergency Funding Program, South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum, and Women’s Healthcare Executive Network.

Stephanie Foy

Executive Assistant

Stephanie answers the Associations phones, and assists with events, committee and educational programs.

Lourdes Barroso, MBA

Director of Program Development

Lourdes is responsible for the operational success of SFHHA program development, program delivery, and evaluation. Represents the association in the community and membership activities. Serves as an internal and external consultant on best practices related to the delivery of Association mission and values.
